- If a defective, damaged or item that is different from what you ordered has been received, a notification needs to be sent within 3 days from the date you received it.
- A picture of the damaged stock must be provided for damaged items during delivery.
- Return Shipping: For defective item we will replace the item with a new one; however, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchanise back to us.
- We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to unsure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
